Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to StableCorp in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StableCorp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any information or content you submit through the Services.
